- End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage all phases of a project, including design coordination, procurement, construction management, final handover and close out.
- Cost and Budget Control: Track expenditures, control costs, and ensure projects close on time and within financial limits
- Time Management: Establish detailed project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures, monitoring actual progress against agreed schedules
- Client Communication: Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal facilities or regional planning teams.
- Risk and Quality Management: Identify potential project delays or cost risks, implement risk mitigation plans, and enforce quality control standards
- Reporting and Documentation: Produce detailed monthly progress reports covering safety, environment, budgets, and milestones, while ensuring complete project documentation like drawings and handover certificates.
