Project Manager – Global Trade (International Expansion)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Project Manager to support international expansion initiatives across global markets. This role will focus on leading projects that establish new distribution centers and scalable trade processes that enable continued growth while enhancing resilience, consistency, and operational excellence across a global network.

This is a unique opportunity to shape new processes and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and fast-growing international environment.

Note: This role requires flexibility in working hours to collaborate with global teams, including early morning meetings with European stakeholders and occasional evening meetings with teams in APAC and China.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects related to the setup of new third-party distribution centers globally, with a focus on trade and compliance requirements.
• Manage regulatory compliance initiatives and audits across multiple international regions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with trade, operations, logistics, and other key stakeholders to design and implement effective trade solutions.
• Coordinate, monitor, and report on multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Work hands-on within project activities, solving problems independently and delivering outcomes with business partners.
• Bring structure to complex initiatives and support prioritization across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, governance frameworks, and status reporting for senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of project management, program management, consulting, or related Experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience initiating and scoping projects, including business case development, budgeting, resource planning, and success metrics.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to develop executive-level recommendations.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and driving results through influence.
• Proven ability to lead and influence diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Hands-on Experience with project management tools and frameworks, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, RAID logs, and RACI matrices.
• Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing learning.
