Project Manager

What you’ll be doing TT is looking for a Project Manager to join its Projects Team, supporting the Development and Disposals function across planning, disposals, demolition, due diligence and development activity. The successful candidate will be RICS qualified, with a track record in residential development project management, and will work closely with Senior Project Managers as they build ownership of their own projects. They will be responsible for the technical and construction aspects of live schemes, from tendering technical surveys through to managing budgets, consultants and contracts, while supporting the wider team on planning, disposals and development activity nationwide. Assist the commercial team with commercial activities across planning, disposals and development projects. Collaborate with the wider Projects Team and Senior Project Managers across live schemes. Support the Disposals team with due diligence across planning, disposals and development activity. Report to the Senior Project Manager, within the Projects Team led by the Projects Director and Head of Development.
