About the role:

As Project Manager, you'll own the delivery of a varied portfolio of creative projects — from streamlined adaptations to small and medium-scale stills and motion productions. Reporting to the Head of Studio and Client Lead, you'll work with autonomy across client management, project planning, and production coordination, while remaining a collaborative and dependable member of the wider team. • Evaluate project resource needs and align capacity to requirements, escalating gaps or conflicts early

  • Book incoming work and maintain accurate records using the studio's resourcing and project tracking tools

  • Host effective project meetings across all stages — kick-off, discovery, review, and closure — keeping conversations focused and decisions documented

  • Support the growth of client relationships and contribute to the studio's business development pipeline

  • Manage project-level budgets including cost estimation, purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliation

  • Source and coordinate with freelancers and external production partners as required

  • Keep stakeholders informed of financial performance throughout, flagging budget risks and scope changes promptly

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Solid experience managing creative projects across print, digital, social, and POS channels

  • Experience on stills and/or motion production shoots is an advantage

  • Strong client-facing skills — able to build trust, adapt your communication style to different audiences, and influence decisions with clarity
