- Provides land resources and project management expertise and oversight for a variety of projects from concept through the federal consultation and approval process.
- Provides project management oversight to land consultants /contractors that are researching rights, acquiring leases, acquiring easements and other facility and access agreements associated with Company projects.
- Coordinates the successful development and execution of project plans, including safety, scope, cost, schedule, cash flow, quality, and risk for land related rights of entry, easements and other access as required.

Basic Purpose
