Project Managers and Directors - EPC Contracts UK

Job Bridge Global is currently seeking a Project Manager specializing in EPC Contracts for our client's UK operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure successful project delivery by coordinating and collaborating with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and project teams, while adhering to EPC contract requirements and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse EPC contracts, project specifications, and scope of work to develop a comprehensive project plan and timeline.
• Manage all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates on project progress, key issues, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, collaborating with the procurement team.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project execution.
• Manage project documentation and records, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the project site.
• Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on EPC contracts.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, processes, and tools.
• Experience managing projects within the EPC framework.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
