Ihre Aufgaben
Eigenverantwortliche Kalkulation von Ausbau-Gewerken, übergreifenden Angeboten und Nachträgen
Ermittlung von Kostenschätzungen, Kosten und Mengen sowie Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen

Ihr Profil
Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und unternehmerisches Denken mit Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Eine stark ausgeprägte Leistungsorientierung
Studium als Bauingenieur, Architekt, Holztechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Aus- oder Umbauprojekten
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Sehr gutes Organisationsgeschick, ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie klare und verbindliche Ansagen
