Job Description:

PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Property Administrator at GDIT. Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Contract Management.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Property Administrator, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of government customers. You will play a crucial role in the end to end accountability and lifecycle of government property and assets.

  • Administers the lifecycle of government property and assets from acquisition through receiving, tagging, inventory, relief of stewardship, reporting, and contract closeout
  • Creates and maintains records for all property accountable to the contract in the government-approved property management system and maintains support documentation
  • Reviews and conducts audits of the overall property administration
  • Performs physical inventories and reconciles any discrepancies between the physical property and property records

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your property and asset management expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Property Administrator must have:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 2+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: experience utilizing asset and inventory management software
● Security clearance level: Secret
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements: Role will be supporting global mission operations. This is an onsite position.

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
