What you'll do
- Onsite responsibility within the Office & Industrial Team including management of the Hilton Inc. headquarters and oversight for additional assets in the Virginia portfolio
- Interact directly with Tenants and leadership focusing on reliable operation, attractive appearance, and superior customer service
- Lead, supervise and evaluate the property management & the onsite engineering team and other qualified personnel assigned to manage the buildings
- Prepare bid proposals and hire outside contractors
- Maintain positive relationship with tenants
- Prepare operating expense and capital budgets
- Coordinate with leasing to market and negotiate leases
- Work with construction to coordinate new tenant construction with building operations
- Communicate with accounting regarding property level accounting of income and expenses
- Maximize utilization of established technology tools used by the property management team

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property manager who is an expert in physical operation, maintenance, lease administration, and fiscal management of commercial office buildings. This position will have onsite responsibility within the Office & Industrial Team and includes management of the Hilton Inc. headquarters as well as oversight for additional assets in the Virginia portfolio. The Property Manager will be highly visible and will interact directly with Tenants, leadership, and focus on the objectives of reliable operation, attractive appearance, and superior customer service consistent with department’s mission. The Property Manager will lead, supervise and evaluate the property management & the onsite engineering team and other qualified personnel assigned to manage the buildings. These teams are ultimately responsible for preparing bid proposals and hire outside contractors; maintaining positive relationship with tenants; preparing operating expense and capital budgets; coordinating with leasing to market and negotiate leases; working with construction to coordinate new tenant construction with building operations; and communicating with accounting regarding property level accounting of income and expenses. The Property Manager Property Operations will be responsible for maximizing utilization of established technology tools used by the property management team.
