Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead with a strong background in Full Stack Development and Insurance Domain expertise. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives, manage client stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of projects utilizing modern web and mobile technologies including Node.js, React.js, Flutter, NestJS, and Next.js.

The candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, delivery management experience, and a deep understanding of Insurance business processes, preferably in General Insurance, Life Insurance, or P&C Insurance.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple development squads and drive end-to-end project delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, architects, and product owners to define technical roadmaps.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and delivery governance.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
• Provide technical leadership across Full Stack and Mobile application development.
• Review solution architecture, design decisions, and code quality standards.
• Interface with insurance business teams to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Manage client communication, status reporting, and executive stakeholder management.
• Mentor engineering teams and foster a high-performance delivery culture.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards within the Insurance domain.

• Experience handling distributed teams across multiple locations.
• Ability to drive solution discussions and pre-sales support activities.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
