Purchasing Manager, Global Procurement Center

What you'll do
- Lead purchasing teams to execute strategic and tactical procurement activities that support supply continuity, inventory targets, and manufacturing requirements.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including supplier performance, purchase order execution, inventory health, and service levels.
- Facilitate participation in operational reviews and provide timely updates on purchase order status, supply risks, and recovery plans.
- Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives to resolve process gaps, increase efficiency, and support standardization across purchasing operations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align purchasing priorities, business objectives, and operational requirements.
- Guide supplier escalation management and oversee actions that mitigate supply, inventory, and operational risks.
- Develop team capability by setting performance objectives, conducting talent reviews, and creating development plans for managers and buyers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements and support internal and external audits.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading people managers, purchasing teams, or supply chain teams.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and regulatory requirements applicable to regulated manufacturing environments.

- Experience in medical technology, medical device, or regulated manufacturing sourcing and procurement.
- Experience managing supplier agreements, commercial contracts, or vendor relationship programs.
