- Assist in maintaining biosecurity standards in the Pedigree Hatchery and production facilities, including compartmentalization
- Maintaining all aspects of the ISO system for Pedigrees and Crossville GGPs including document updates, training document maintenance, and audit assistance
- Ensuring that the Crossville QA team assigned duties are fulfilled
- Managing the QA data that is being collected and ensuring data is accurate
- Conducting mortality investigations
- Serving as a liaison with external parties on matters relating to the quality assurance system
- Generate reports related to Biosecurity, Animal Welfare, ISO, and Quality
- Facilitate audits for animal welfare, biosecurity, compartmentalization, and others related to the quality assurance system
- Monitor and advise the performance of the quality management system and produce data and reports on performance, measuring against set indicators, collecting and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters
