What you'll do
- Inspect incoming materials, components, fabrication, and installation activities.
- Verify work against approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections at different stages of work.
- Check the quality of façade, structural, architectural, or construction-related works as applicable.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IR), checklists, inspection reports, and quality records.
- Identify and report non-conforming work or materials.
- Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients during inspections.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions and verify their completion.
- Inspect materials and workmanship for compliance with approved samples and specifications.
- Maintain inspection and testing records, material approvals, and relevant quality documentation.
- Assist in preparing Method Statements, ITPs, checklists, and quality procedures where required.

Job Description — QC Inspector
Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Inspector to ensure that materials, fabrication, installation, and finished work meet approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. The QC Inspector will conduct inspections, identify non-conformities, maintain quality records, and coordinate with site, production, engineering, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
