- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues regarding QHSE standards.
- Develop, implement, and review site-specific QHSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Lead and participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the development of corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide QHSE training and orientation to employees and contractors, ensuring understanding and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track QHSE performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
- Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and certifications are obtained and maintained for project activities.
- Collaborate with project management, operations, and other stakeholders to integrate QHSE considerations into all project phases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date QHSE documentation and records.
- Promote a strong safety culture through active engagement, coaching, and positive reinforcement.
- Stay informed about changes in QHSE regulations and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

- Proficient in conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
