About this role
| Job Summary: |
| We’re seeking a Quality Analyst (2–3 years exp.) to design and execute test strategies for scalable web applications and APIs. You’ll collaborate with developers and product managers, validate functional and non-functional requirements, and drive automation coverage while ensuring high quality standards. |
| Responsibilities: |
| Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web, API, and database layers. |
| Perform API testing using Postman or automation frameworks (REST Assured). |
| Maintain UI automation using Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python). |
| Validate backend data using SQL queries. |
| Manage defects through Jira, collaborating with development for resolution. |
| Participate in Agile ceremonies, QA sign-offs, and release readiness reviews. |
| Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions). |
| Perform cross-browser and responsive testing. |
| Contribute to QA process improvements and automation coverage expansion. |
| Requirements: |
| B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. |
| 2–3 years of QA experience in manual + automation testing. |
| Experience in Selenium WebDriver, API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured). |
| Good SQL skills for data validation. |
| Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows. |
| Understanding of defect lifecycle and QA metrics. |
| Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. |
