What you'll do

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and inspection instructions to verify product quality.
  • Conduct material, component, and First Article Inspections (FAI), including basic statistical analysis.
  • Review and process Device History Records (DHRs) to ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements.
  • Complete ERP system transactions related to inspections, quality documentation, and material dispositions.
  • Identify, document, and process nonconforming materials, including initiating Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Support quality objectives and team performance metrics while working to production forecasts and schedules.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance inspection processes.

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

What You Will Do

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and inspection instructions to verify product quality.
