What you'll do
- Manage cost planning and commercial activity across construction projects.
- Prepare estimates, budgets and cost plans.
- Manage tendering, procurement and subcontractor packages.
- Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and produce regular commercial reports.
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants throughout project delivery.
- Support contract administration and ensure projects remain commercially controlled.
- Maintain accurate financial and project records.
- Assist with delivering projects within agreed budgets and timescales.

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established property and construction company with the recruitment of a Quantity Surveyor.
Permanent, full-time position based in Edinburgh.
Salary
£50,000 – £55,000, depending on experience + additional benefits
