Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter (Interior/M&E) - West

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for interior projects.
• Perform quantity take-off and prepare cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
• Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows.
• Prepare and submit claims and variations to clients and subcontractors.
• Provide regular cost reports and updates to project management.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying for interior projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Good knowledge of interior design materials, methods, and costs.
• Familiarity with cost estimating and tendering processes.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
