  • Lead, coach, and develop quoting and estimation teams while establishing standard work and best practices grounded in the RBS and Regal Values.

  • Support high-value and complex bids with strategic pricing guidance, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.

  • Conduct market and pricing analytics (e.g., margin performance, win/loss trends, scenario modeling) to inform decision-making and uncover growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • 5+ years of experience in power distribution products, with a strong focus on switchgears.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for analysis and reporting.

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce CRM.

  • Experience implementing pricing tools and process improvements to enhance efficiency.

  • Experience in custom-engineered, project-based environments is a strong asset.

  • Professional engineering certification (P.Eng.) is an asset.

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.

Skills:

  • Highly organized leader with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic growth within complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Customer-focused, with a strong track record of creating value and building long-term, trusted partnerships.
