Real Estate Asset Management – Valuations Analyst Singapore | High-Performing Global Team Are you an experienced Analyst based in Singapore, with experience working with Real Estate clients within a Big 4 environment? Your role as a Valuations Analyst will be to take ownership, covering Un levered (Debt-Free Analysis) and Levered (Debt-Inclusive Analysis); seeing deals through their lifecycle, tracking valuations, net asset values and JV Waterfall Structures. You will manage projection cycles, have the opportunity to introduce processes, support colleagues around the globe and take ownership of delivering the quarterly valuations. Supporting deal teams based in; Seoul, Tokyo and Hong Kong, you will also work with colleagues in Europe and the US. Requirements What You’ll Be Doing: Mastering the Numbers: Build and refine valuation and projection models that drive investment decisions. You’ll scrutinise every assumption, verify every input, and ensure absolute precision. Big-Picture Impact: Move beyond individual deals—aggregate portfolio data, model fund-level waterfalls, and provide key return metrics to senior leadership. Strategic Insights: Your work doesn’t stop at numbers. You’ll interpret, challenge, and present findings that shape high-stakes decisions. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by benchmarking internal performance against external market trends, providing predictive insights. Cutting-Edge Tech & Innovation: Work with best-in-class financial systems, refine dashboard reporting, and help build automation solutions that increase efficiency. Investor Influence: Prepare high-caliber investor reports, assist in fundraising efforts, and contribute to board-level presentations. Who You Are: 3–6 years in a top-tier Big 4 accounting firm, private equity, or high-performance real estate investment environment Deep expertise in financial modelling, valuations, and asset management A sharp commercial mindset—able to connect numbers to strategy Ability to handle complexity and thrive under pressure—you don’t just analyse, you anticipate and solve Real estate sector experience is non-negotiable We are seeking exceptional talent—sharp financial minds who thrive on precision, deep analysis, and strategic impact.
