Maven Dental Morley is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be at the centre of the practice, helping patients navigate their visits while keeping the front desk organised and working closely with our clinicians and wider team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced receptionist or someone from a strong customer service background looking to build their career in dental.

Job Description

As the face of the practice, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
• Managing appointments and clinician schedules
• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Processing payments and health fund claims
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Supporting the team with day-to-day administration tasks
• Helping ensure the smooth operation of the practice

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service
• A friendly and confident approach when dealing with patients
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to stay calm and prioritise when things get busy
• Good communication skills and a professional manner
• Reliability and a genuine willingness to help the team
• Dental reception experience using EXACT is highly regarded, but not essential
