We’re hiring a Region Fleet Manager within our rental facilities in Region 5 and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing all transportation operations and fleet logistics across megasites in the region. This role leads the coordination of equipment movement between locations, manages driver scheduling and third-party hauling partners, and ensures efficient, safe, and cost-effective transportation processes. The Fleet Manager serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, proactively resolving challenges and optimizing fleet performance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, email platforms, and fleet/logistics management systems
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Strong technical understanding of construction equipment and the rental industry

Education and Experience: 

  • Prior experience in construction industry and/or fleet transportation preferred
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
