Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic Dealer Success Manager to partner with
our clients Auto dealers to ensure the successful implementation, adoption, and usage of
our tools and ecosystem. This is a field-focused role requiring frequent travel to dealer
locations, working closely with them to drive operational excellence, resolve pain points,
and enable long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit clients Auto dealerships regularly to train dealer staff on SI tools and digital
platforms.
• Be the go-to point of contact for dealers for all ecosystem-related queries, training
needs, and tool usage issues.
• Provide hands-on guidance, demonstrations, and refreshers to ensure tool
adoption and effective usage at the dealership level.
• Understand on-ground challenges faced by dealers, capture their feedback, and
escalate issues appropriately.
• Raise detailed tickets and work closely with the central SI team at Head Office for
timely resolution of dealer concerns.
• Take briefs and inputs from dealers on improvements, pain points, or feature
requests related to SI tools.
• Monitor dealer engagement, track usage metrics, and drive consistent
improvements in digital enablement.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new dealers or staff on the SI tools
and overall ecosystem.
• Prepare reports and feedback summaries post visits and follow up on pending
resolutions.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a dealer-facing role within a 4-wheeler
automotive brand (OEM or Tier 1 preferred).
• Education: MBA / Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Engineering, or
related field).
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, including sales, service, CRM, and
digital tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
• Strong problem-solving attitude with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time) across assigned
territories.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and build trust-based
relationships with dealer teams.
