Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- 3+ years’ experience in managing a team
- Exposure to B2B industry, Channel development Management & Retention
- Should be up to date with general product trends, best practices, design principles and tools/techniques
- Ability to communicate/demonstrate the value and rationale to stakeholders
- Ability to quickly grasp processes and use-cases in a complex business domain
- Experience in building large-scale products on B2B setups
- Proven ability to communicate crisply and influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, is a strong negotiator and facilitator, and has excellent written and oral communication skills
- Existing connects with school would be a added advantage
Desired Skill and Experience
- Experience in Sales of SAAS Solutions, B2B to Institutes / Schools
- Education : B.Tech / B.Com / B.Sc / MBA
- Excellent Communication, Presentations, Risk Analysis, Negotiation & Collaboration Skills.
- Experience in Establishing and Developing Channels and Distribution Models
- Proven ability to meet Deadlines in a high paced work Environment
