  • Optimize Sales Processes: Ensure all sales consultants utilize the company's CXP selling process and digital tools like our customer management system for tracking activities and performance.
  • Navigate Negotiations: Provide expert guidance and solutions for challenging sales negotiations, helping sales consultants close deals effectively.
  • Innovate Traffic Strategies: Collaborate with sales consultants to develop creative strategies that attract potential customers and increase foot traffic.
  • Leverage Market Insights: Work with sales consultants to gather and analyze competitor and market data, using this information to enhance sales strategies.
  • Strengthen Outreach: Enhance the Realtor Broker Outreach program by building strong relationships with local realtors and brokers, increasing referrals and community engagement.
  • Foster Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with all departments to ensure alignment and support in achieving overall business objectives.

The Opportunity

Take charge of a dynamic sales team within a designated area of our division. What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required); Four Year College Degree (preferred).
  • Valid Real Estate Salesperson License (required); Broker License (preferred).
  • 3+ years proven sales management experience.
  • Experience in home building or a related industry is preferred.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule on a consistent basis, including evenings, weekend and holidays
  • Ability to work in a sales office if needed from time to time.
  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to potential buyers and external brokers to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company

Compensation Details and Benefits

KB Home offers a competitive base pay. The expected base pay range for this position is based on experience and is noted below, paid semi-monthly.  This position is also eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program. KB Home provides a variety of benefits to employees, including Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance; 401K Plan with Company match (vesting percentage based on years of service); Paid Time Off - vacation (10-20 days per calendar year based on years of service), sick leave, bereavement leave (3-5 days), jury duty (up to 5 days), and paid holidays (11 per year). Life Insurance, business travel accident, optional insurance (paid by employee) for disability, supplemental life, AD&D, and critical illness; Monthly mobile phone stipend; Optional Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare and dependent care .

Pay Range

USD $135,000.00 - USD $145,000.00 /Yr.
