About this role

As a Remote Autocad Expert for Construction Documentation, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed construction documentation in Autocad for a variety of projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and deliver high-quality construction documentation solutions. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed construction documentation using Autocad software
- Generate technical drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to accurately interpret and implement design requirements
- Review and revise construction documentation based on feedback and changes in project scope
- Maintain organized project files, templates and documentation libraries
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Autocad software and recommend enhancements to optimize project efficiency
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project-related queries and challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Autocad Expert, with a focus on construction documentation and Detailing.
- Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction industry codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English mandatory
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address project-related queries
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues in construction documentation
