What you'll do
- Drive the adoption and day-to-day use of AI to improve developer productivity, software quality, automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and engineering operations.
- Lead and develop Engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and at the expected level of quality.
- Establish and track engineering KPIs, development processes, and performance standards.

- Experience managing complex software projects from design through production and ongoing support.
- Strong experience with Agile development, including Scrum and/or Kanban.

- Strong technical, business, and executive communication skills.

The Job:
At Convoso, we’re building the future of lead generation contact centers. We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead teams responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining our customer-facing applications, APIs, internal systems, and data infrastructure.
This is a hands-on engineering leadership role focused on technical execution, team performance, architecture, scalability, and operational excellence, while driving the practical use of AI throughout Engineering to improve how we develop, deploy, and operate software.
