- Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership matters, Right to Buy transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build purchases and Help to Buy shared equity matters.
- Provide clear, practical legal advice throughout the conveyancing process.
- Represent clients and maintain exceptional standards of client care from instruction to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, estate agents and other key stakeholders.

• Excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a supportive team offering high quality work and genuine long term career development.
• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
