- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling a broad range of transactions including: Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, New Build Transactions, Shared Ownership Matters, Right to Buy Transactions, Help to Buy Matters, Property Portfolio Work
- Work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other professionals
- Ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently while maintaining exceptional levels of client care

This role would suit a Solicitor with 3-8 years' PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious firm. You'll enjoy a varied caseload, strong support infrastructure, and genuine opportunities for progression.
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of transactions including:
