This Top 50 firm is looking for a Senior Associate (5 PQE+) to join its highly regarded Residential Real Estate team.
This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of high-value residential property matters, advising high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, family offices, developers and private clients across a broad spectrum of transactions.
The firm is rated as first tier in the Legal 500 directory for real estate work, and in the Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide for High Value Residential Real Estate work in London and the regions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting on high-value residential sales, acquisitions and financing matters.
- Advising landed estates, private property companies and investors on the management of residential and mixed-use property portfolios.
- Supporting private client and family law teams on tax-driven restructuring, matrimonial property matters, probate assets and private lending arrangements.
- Advising developers on the acquisition, development and sale of residential sites.
