Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Prestwich | Full-Time | Hybrid Considered |

An established and well-regarded North West law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing property team based in Prestwich.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE to manage a varied residential caseload with minimal supervision while supporting the continued growth of the department.

The Role

The successful candidate will handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Buy-to-let and investment properties

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure transactions progress efficiently and to a high standard of client care.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing transactions
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and strong organisational ability
• Experience using case management systems
