What you'll do

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and Company policies to ensure they’re always adhered to.
  • Oversee and operate the properties within the financial guidelines outlined in the annual operating budgets.
  • Review other financial reports including accounts receivable and ensure the necessary legal steps have been taken for any delinquent payments.
  • Supervise and manage a team of onsite staff including resident caretakers, maintenance technicians and others.
  • Ensure all personnel respond to resident requests, complaints, and or emergencies in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Conduct weekly inspections of the properties to make sure they’re operating at a high standard and meet company guidelines.
  • Keep organized and up to date records on building and or tenant related issues.
  • Supervise and coordinate all building service requests and or capital improvements necessary.
  • Prepare market analysis and research which allows you to stay current on rental rates and consumer trends.
  • Implement marketing strategies and other initiatives that will generate qualified traffic for available rental units.
  • Audit and review tenancy-related documents completed by onsite staff.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - 80,000
