About the Role & Program

At Walt Disney World, creating magic for our Guests starts long before they arrive. As a Revenue Management Intern on the Resorts Yield Team, you will help support the strategies that drive demand, optimize occupancy, and maximize revenue across one of the world's most complex resort portfolios.

As part of the Revenue Management & Analytics organization, you will work alongside experienced analysts and business leaders while gaining exposure to forecasting, yield management, data analytics, and business optimization. You'll analyze trends, explore opportunities, and help uncover insights that influence strategic decisions across Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how innovative technology, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration come together to shape business outcomes and enhance the Guest experience. We are looking for candidates who are curious, eager to learn, passionate about problem-solving, and excited to apply analytical thinking in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

As a Revenue Management Intern on the Resorts Yield Team, you will be part of an analytically driven organization that helps optimize demand, occupancy, and revenue across Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Eligibility Requirements & Program Information  

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:  

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship 

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program 

  • Be at least 18 years of age  

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information  

  • This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2027 through June 2027.

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship  

  • Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week 

  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, FL area 

  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work 

  • Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $31.00 per hour.
