- Assists Physicians, as requested with Respiratory Therapy procedures
- Provide respiratory therapy to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients as ordered by physicians according hospital policy and procedures
- Assess patients to determine most suitable method of administering treatment
- Document treatment, equipment maintenance and quality control activities and transcribe verbal or phone order by physicians
- Communicate to patient and family the treatment being performed in a clear manner
- Monitor patient physiological response to therapy with special attention to the pediatric and neonatal patients
- Provide patient and staff education

Hourly Pay Range:
$33.16 - $49.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:
- Position: Respiratory Therapist - Per Diem Level 2 - Nights
- Location: Northwest Community Hospital - Arlington Heights, IL
- Per Diem Commitment Level 2: 73-110 hours per 6-week schedule
- Hours: Shifts will vary Monday-Friday from 7:00pm-7:30am. With a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per 6-week scheduling period and one major holiday in first and last 6 months of year, required.

What you will need:
