The Brook Hotel is seeking a sophisticated, highly organised Restaurant Manager to take full operational ownership of our bustling bistro, diverse bar spaces, and thriving hospitality departments.
This is a premium, multi-faceted leadership role. "The Brook" isn't just a neighbourhood pub, it is a modern precinct. On any given day, you will be orchestrating high-turnover bistro floor service, managing corporate conferencing setups, and collaborating with our accommodation wing to deliver an exceptional guest journey.
