• You are fully responsible for your F&B Service Team, including scheduling and vacation planning
• Achieving targets, effective resource management, and developing your team are top priorities
• You actively contribute creative ideas as we work towards becoming Berlin's most successful steakhouse
• You support our Assistant F&B Director and F&B Operations Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences and developing new concepts to achieve our goals
• As a true host, you work independently and delight our guests with a unique restaurant experience in line with JW standards
• You maintain close cooperation and communication with the kitchen team under the motto “One Team, One Dream”
• Preparation and organization are key, and you ensure your team excels in mise-en-place
• You consistently comply with all HACCP hygiene regulations
• You find social media just as exciting as we do and regularly contribute content
• You coordinate your team members and support their professional growth
• You enjoy onboarding and evaluating new employees and trainees
• You conduct interviews to identify and recruit new talent for your team
• Active participation in departmental meetings, function sheet meetings, and related activities
• You remain composed when handling guest complaints and communicate confidently and professionally

SHOW US YOUR TALENTS!

• Completed vocational training in hotel management, restaurant management, or hospitality services
• Alternatively, a degree in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or Culinary Management
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in upscale dining; experience with MICROS/Oracle is an advantage
• Proven experience leading larger teams
• Warm, authentic, and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English; any additional language is a plus
• Flexible availability and a strong commitment to quality
• Organized and structured working style with great attention to detail
