What you'll do
- Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned hotel areas according to hotel brand standards and operational procedures.
- Replace linens, towels, amenities, and guest supplies while ensuring rooms are refreshed, organized, and guest-ready.
- Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, maintenance concerns, and operational readiness throughout shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage closets, linen areas, and operational workspaces.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, safety concerns, and room status updates promptly and accurately.
- Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests and housekeeping service needs throughout the day.
- Follow sanitation standards, chemical handling procedures, hotel safety policies, and operational guidelines at all times.
- Support deep cleaning projects, room inspections, VIP arrivals, and special housekeeping assignments as needed.
- Partner closely with Housekeeping leadership, Front Office, Laundry, and Engineering teams to support smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
- Help create clean, welcoming, and comfortable spaces that deliver memorable guest experiences aligned with Sonesta’s People People philosophy.
- Any other duties as assigned.
