Do you want to lead safety and sustainability initiatives within a complex multi-user logistics operation?

 

Here at GXO, we’re looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Facilities Manager to join our thriving multi-user site in Rotherham. Serving over 15 customers across a 188,000 sq. ft bonded and excise warehouse, this is a critical leadership role responsible for driving a positive safety culture, ensuring legal compliance, managing facilities services, and supporting GXO’s sustainability ambitions.

 

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a key member of the site leadership team, providing expert guidance on Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Facilities Management while ensuring the site remains safe, compliant, efficient, and operationally effective.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00, however flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £42,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
