What you'll do
- Own the leads-to-scheduled-demos pipeline: Move new leads onto the demo calendar and keep them progressing through the pipeline.
- Reschedule unsuccessful demo appointments: Own rebooking for no-shows and cancellations so leads don't fall out of the pipeline.
- Manage follow-ups from demo to new logo: Own the follow-up cadence from the demo through to when the client is considered a returning customer.
- Give demos for Starter and Small tier prospects: Run demo calls directly for smaller accounts (Less than 200 doors).
- Manage the Sage agent dashboard: Monitor PlanOmatic's Sage AI account-management agent.
- Maintain CRM hygiene for new business: Keep HubSpot records accurate and complete for new-business accounts moving through the pipeline.

- 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, account executive, account management, or a similar revenue-facing role, including experience owning a pipeline or book of accounts independently.
- Strong preference for hands-on HubSpot experience; solid experience with another major CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) will also be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable owning client-facing conversations by phone, email, and zoom calls.
- Highly organized and self-directed, with a track record of managing multiple ongoing workstreams without things falling through the cracks.
- Comfortable working a U.S.-aligned schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time).

- Experience supporting executive-level administrative work (expense reporting, calendar management) is a plus.
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted tools and software; no specific AI experience required, as training will be provided.

About the Role
This role is a part of PlanOmatic's sales team and reports directly to our CRO. You'll own leads through the demo pipeline, from first booking to closed logo. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role.
