What you'll do
- Manage a large complex manufacturing site in Halifax
- Sit on the senior leadership team and help shape the future of safety on site

- A SHE Professional from an automated manufacturing background, ideally with prior food, confectionary, distillery, brewing, beverage, paper, packaging, dairy or baked goods manufacturing experience
- NEBOSH Certificate combined with FMCG and management experience but ideally NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001
- Proven to support and maturing cultural and behavioural change
- Change management experience

- LEAN manufacturing experience
