Role Summary:
The role of the sales Coordinator is to process purchase orders/work orders for parts shipments (Reorders) for multiple retailers, update customer portals as required.

Essential Job Functions:
•    Process new customer purchase orders using the company’s order processing system
•    Prepare and process sales quotes for parts shipments if customer’s request
•    Release product orders to meet customer requested delivery dates
•    Interface with the account team to review accuracy of parts shipping
•    Update customer and/or account team with order shipping status or shipment delays
•    Process returns labels and RMA’s for unused product
•    Attach required documents and process sales orders for invoicing
•    Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and phone calls

Education And/OR Experience:
•    1 year prior related sales support experience
•    Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to all team members and levels within the organization.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
