Sales Coordinator – Product Sales
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Product Sales team and ensure smooth coordination of sales activities from enquiry to order closure.
The role will involve coordinating with customers, sales teams, distributors, and internal departments to ensure timely processing of orders, accurate documentation, regular follow-ups, and smooth execution of sales operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple sales activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Sales Team, customers, distributors, and internal departments for smooth execution of sales activities.
- Manage and track customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales-related documentation.
- Follow up with customers and sales team members regarding pending enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams for product availability, pricing, dispatch, delivery, and order status.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer requirements, pending cases, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales trackers, and daily/weekly sales updates.
- Ensure timely communication of order status, product availability, and other relevant information to the sales team and customers.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and other departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Identify operational issues affecting sales and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day activities and help reduce operational delays.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of sales and customer-related data.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up regularly until successful closure.
- Assist the sales team in achieving business objectives by ensuring efficient sales coordination and process execution.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of product sales and sales operations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, enquiries, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and ownership skills.
- Proactive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Order Management, or Product Sales will be an advantage.
- Experience in consumer electronics, FMCD, distribution, retail, or related industries will be preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand products, pricing, and sales processes.

- Experience: Freshers to 2 years
- Education: Graduate / MBA preferred
