About Britsafe

Britsafe is a well-established, York-based provider of security, cleaning and hygiene services to organisations across the UK. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and organised Sales Development Executive to join our friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives in a target-driven environment and wants to build a successful career in sales. Whether your background is in customer service, recruitment, administration, sales support or telesales, we'd love to hear from you.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, so we're looking for someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

• Researching businesses and identifying potential new customers.

• Making outbound calls to introduce Britsafe's services and qualify opportunities.

• Booking introductory appointments for the Sales Director.

• Maintaining accurate customer information within Salesforce CRM.

• Keeping prospect data organised and up to date.

• Supporting email marketing campaigns.

• Assisting with sales administration and lead management.

• Contributing ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

We're more interested in finding the right person than someone who already knows everything.

You'll ideally have:

• Confidence speaking to people over the telephone.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

• Pride in maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date.

• Previous experience using CRM software would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
