What you'll do

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing Education and Health sales organisation, driving business growth and customer success across the Public Sector segment.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior customer executives, positioning Microsoft as a strategic partner in digital and AI transformation.

Microsoft is seeking a Sales Director, Education and Health to lead a high-performing team focused on accelerating digital and AI transformation across Australia and New Zealand's Education and Health sectors. This is a significant leadership opportunity within our Public Sector business, responsible for driving growth, fostering trusted executive relationships, and helping customers navigate one of the most transformative periods in technology.

In this role, you will lead a diverse team of sales and specialist professionals, bringing together strategy, operational excellence, customer engagement, and people leadership to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and communities. You will work closely with senior leaders across Microsoft and customer organisations to shape long-term partnerships, unlock innovation opportunities, and help organisations realise the full value of Microsoft's technology and AI platforms.
