Your Day-to-Day
- Manage manpower fulfilment to ensure continuous supply of top talent density%
- Manage new hire training and coaching -- success is indicated by Graduation %
- Manage QC for all staffs to monitor, track, and report potential non compliance and fraud
- Manage levers to drive higher Booking to Visit %
Who We’re Looking For
- 5 years in Sales Enablement or similar industry
- Background in Sales, Telesales, or QC
- Data analysis capabilities is a must. Comfortable to crunch data into analytical output
- Comfortable with rigorous process and details
