Experience – 1+ telecom, BPO, Hospitality & Staffing industry

Qualification – Any Graduate

Responsibilities for CRM executive

 Support the execution of the CRM strategy, coordinating and executing activity utilizing the full mix of communication channels on offer

– email, direct mail and in-order documentation.

 Giving recommendations and communicating the things clearly and accurately back to the business, helping to inform business.

 Demonstrate a flexible attitude and be responsive to change and last minute requests.  Present data clearly to managers across the business, ensuring that you provide insights & customer trends through data

 Provide general administrative assistance to the Director and team

 Define, support and coordinate the retention strategy in junction with the Directors.

 Work closely with the Director on developing initiatives to retain and increase the value of our Top clients.

 Working on recived leads on company site,

 Managing leads with director and arranging meeting with directors and clients.
