About the role  

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing a designated territory through proactive business development, account management, and customer engagement. You will work directly with commercial and institutional clients, identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions across:

• Wastewater treatment

• HVAC solutions

• Odour control programs

• Safety and compliance solutions

• Property maintenance programs

Success in this role will come from your ability to generate new business, build trusted customer relationships, and deliver ongoing value to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities

• Meeting with prospective customers and introducing our solutions

• Building strong customer relationships

• Managing and growing existing accounts

• Conducting site visits and product demonstrations

• Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

• Working towards achievable sales and growth targets

What We're Looking For

We're interested in individuals who are hungry to succeed and passionate about sales. You'll bring:

• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing sales

• Confidence in prospecting and generating new business opportunities

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• A results-driven approach and desire to achieve sales targets

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

• Sound computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms

• A valid Australian driver's licence and ability to travel throughout the territory
