Sales Manager – Government (North Region)

What you'll do
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets across Central Government, State Government, Defense, and PSU accounts.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Government, Defense, and PSU customers.
- Build strong relationships with key government stakeholders, procurement officials, and decision-makers.
- Manage the complete government sales lifecycle, including EOI / RFI / RFQ / RFP responses, bid management, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Ensure full compliance with government procurement policies, tender guidelines, and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design compliant and competitive solutions.
- Maintain a 6–8× healthy pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasting.
- Represent the organization at government meetings, industry forums, defense exhibitions, and public-sector events.
- Drive ARR growth across VAPT, GRC, cybersecurity audits, compliance, and critical infrastructure security services.
- Drive account expansion through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Engage with cybersecurity leadership across ministries, state e-governance bodies, smart cities, defense establishments, and PSUs.
- Lead long-cycle government deals, including empanelments, technical evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
