What you'll do

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic sales action plans to drive revenue growth—prepare key reports including monthly performance updates, annual sales targets, budgets, and forecasts to support data-driven decision making.

  • Offer commercial insight and recommendations to senior management on sales strategies, market segmentation, and product development.
  • Conceptualize and launch targeted campaigns to boost ADR, occupancy, off-peak demand
  • Research new and emerging markets by reviewing historical booking data, guest profiles, surveys, and industry publications.
  • Support the creation of new packages, room categories, and service offerings aligned with guest trends and market demand.

  • Familiarity and understanding of PMS/CRS systems used in luxury hospitality.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members, and stakeholders.

Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of the assigned markets. The primary objective is to drive optimal occupancy levels, maximize revenue across all markets, and consistently meet or exceed the hotel’s profitability goals.

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing, and within the limits of established Sales policies and procedures, Assist all aspects of the Sales activities. Responsibilities include assisting the planning and development and implementation of the Sales plan and reporting on effectiveness of the plan. Promotes the work culture and the company’s core values. 

Business Performance
