What you'll do

  • Responsible for generating new business opportunities in the area of responsibility, as well as maintaining the project pipeline
  • Responsible for achieving personal annual sales targets
  • Ensure full knowledge of all Key Customers, the decision makers and key influencers as well as understanding organisation structure and the decision processes
  • Maintain positive and open relationships with customers and internal Doka employees
  • Using the Doka product portfolio to deliver the most economical and professional solution together with upselling in order to increase revenues
  • Develop an understanding of competitor’s products
  • Ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately with the engineering department
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Lead and coordinate with team members and other departments throughout the whole sales process from inquiry to project closure
  • Responsible for account management, i.e. dealing with complaints, queries, and making sure account payments are made in line with Doka trading terms.
  • Supply management with reports on your sales area activities, customer needs, interests, competitive activities and the potential to identify opportunities for new products and services
  • Maintain customer and project information in the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting of revenue and material requirements

Job Description
